This Entry Rules/Terms of Use ( the "Terms") sets forth the conditions of 「#REAL_CASIO_CHALLENGE」（the "Contest") sponsored by CASIO COMPUTER CO., LTD.（"Sponsor"). Contest Entrants (the "Entrant"）must first read the terms listed below and agree to those terms. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of those terms.

Eligibility

•: Residents of Pakistan.
•: Entry in a group of one or more entrants. The number of entrants does not matter as long as the video fits.
•: The result of authenticity must be included in a video so that we can see it.
※Videos that the authenticity result cannot be seen will not be accepted.
•: The hashtag for the Award that you will enter must be put in the title of the video.
※If your result is GENUINE: "#REAL_CASIO_CHALLENGE_TRUE"
※If your result is FAKE: "#REAL_CASIO_CHALLENGE_FALSE"
•: After uploading a video to YouTube, entrants should email us the necessary information.

Submission Period

Video upload period ends on March 15th, 2019 at 11:59 PM

HOW TO APPLY

STEP 1

Press the "ON" button, then open the “MENU” screen on fx-570EX/fx-991EX ClassWiz, and then press "SHIFT", then "OPTN" to display QR code.
*Among the fake products, there are models which cannot even produce a QR code, and models which produces a fake QR code that cannot be read.

STEP 2

Read the QR code with a QR code reader (CASIO EDU+) on your smartphone, and the result of Authenticity Check will be displayed at the button of the page. Make your reaction video when you see that result.

STEP 3

Post the video on your YouTube account with the text below:
Posted videos will be displayed at the bottom of the page in order of views. To display your video on this page, please be sure to include either hashtag in the title of your video. Videos without the hashtag or with an incorrect hashtag will not only be displayed but also ineligible to enter the campaign.

Attach screen shot image of your youtube account in order to confirm your email address.

Your video will be accepted after your email is received.

Judging procedure

The top 5 videos with most views will receive an award.

Awards

Winners will receive the award without prior announcement.

Prohibitions

The following actions are prohibited. If Entrants or its related parties are involved in those acts, the entry will be void.

(1): Actions that may use a third person's name or company name or organization name
(2): Actions that use of the services provided on the contest with a fraudulent purpose
(3): Actions that violate any copyright or portrait right or other intellectual property rights of any third party
(4): Actions that discriminate or slander or threaten any another entrant or third party, or actions that violate privacy or human right
(5): Actions that damage the reputation or credibility of the contest
(6): Actions that hinder the operation of the contest
(7): Actions that violate terms of use of YouTube
(8): Actions that violate or could violate the low, statutes or regulations
(9): Any other actions deemed to be inappropriate by the sponsor
(10): Actions that get video views by false or play by false due to a misleading or wrong information

•: The videos must all be original to be eligible for the contest.
•: There is a possibility that the we will deprive the award if the entrant or the performer in the video have violated a crime.
•: The uploaded videos will be checked by the executive office before published on the website. If the video does not comply with the Terms, it may not be published on this website. Despite the video may be uploaded, there may be occasions the video will be made invalid for publication. For such cases, please be noted that we cannot give any explanation for that matter.
•: All cost that may occur for creation or submission of the video for the contest (communication fee etc.) shall be made by the entrant's expense.
•: The executive office will not take responsibility for infringement of right or compensation of damage which may be declared by a third party towards the uploaded video. The entrant shall take full responsibility for this matter.
•: If the sponsor consider the uploaded video violates the terms of use, the sponsor can deprive the award from the entrant.
•: Any matter that is not mentioned in the Terms of use will be decided by the sponsor.
•: The uploaded video will be published on #REAL_CASIO_CHALLENGE WEB, CASIO's website, Social Network Services managed by CASIO.
•: The entrant is defined as the person who holds the account (1 person only).
•: The winner is the person who submitted the video holding the account (one person only). Despite there may be several people appearing in the video, the definition of winner still stays the same.
•: No matter several videos may be uploaded from one account, the winning chance for this campaign will be just one time.
•: The award can only be delivered to Pakistan.
•: The right of the winning award cannot be transferred nor resold. In addition, the sponsor cannot make any exchange, return or conversion.

Suspension of the website

•: The sponsor may change, cancel or finish the contest or parts of the contest without any prior announcements. The sponsor will not take responsibility towards any damage that may occur by this change or cancel.
•: The website may be suspended when regular or emergency maintenance of system happens.
•: The website may be suspended when in fire, blackout or any deterioration of communication environment.
•: The website may be suspended when in natural disasters, such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, flood and tsunami, riots, labor dispute and other instructions by public offices.
•: The website may be suspended when system disruption has occurred or possibility of system disruption was identified by the sponsor.
•: The website may be suspended when the sponsor has decided the execution of the contest of continuation is difficult by any other reasons.

Privacy policy

•: Personal information (including personal portrayal of entrant in the video) will be only used for the delivery of the award. The sponsor will not disclose or provide the personal information to a third party other than the outsourcing contractor without the permission of the entrant. (Exclude occasion when disclosure is requested by legal action.) The given personal information will be deleted once all actions related the contest is finished.

The copyrights of the videos uploaded will be in align with the YouTube user policy.
