How to Check Authenticity

To verify the authenticity of your CASIO calculator, you have two options: with the Package QR Sticker, or with the Installed QR.

STEP 1

Check the characteristics of the hologram sticker attached to the package.

A QR code and a sticker printed with a hologram are attached to the product package.

Notes

Hologram stickers are difficult to replicate for the following reasons:

The colors change when tilted left or right.
The shading is reversed when rotated.

STEP 2

Use your smartphone to scan the QR code section of the hologram sticker attached to the package. If your smartphone does not have a QR code reader, please install one.

STEP 3

Go to the QR Code link. One of the three pages below will appear:

Likely to be a genuine product.

May not be a genuine product.

Is not a genuine product. Please do not purchase it.

If no result appears when you read the QR code and CASIO’s website is displayed instead, it is NOT a genuine product. Do not purchase it.
